Pipeline services are virtual or In-person. Youth and young adults meet with all sorts of career professionals through hands-on activities that help them:

• Learn the foundations for keeping the jobs they get

• Practice team building, self-awareness, effective communication, flexibility and critical thinking

• Interactions are 1 to 3-hour creative project based learning events

• Valuable connections are made with career professionals, trainers, and employers for their next steps
